• Annual membership, U.S. address
                     $50, $90 for 2 yrs
• Annual membership, foreign address
                      $60, $100 for 2 yrs
• Life membership:
            U.S. address $600 (can be paid $130.00 per year for 5 years)
            foreign address $700 (can be paid $150.00 per year for 5 years)
• Life membership annual service fee $20
  
• Corporate membership $275
            (allows one designated voter)

If you would like to join the ASHA by mail, you can download a membership application from the forms section. You can pay by check, Visa or Mastercard.  If you would like to pay by credit card,  please add a sheet of paper giving your card number, it's expiration date, and your signature.  If you have questions about becoming a member, please send e-mail to secretary@shirehorse.org.
